At the moment, there are temporary restrictions in Moscow for attending events with the participation of more than 500 people – you must present a QR code for this.
You can process a QR code:
- If there is a vaccination with the second component of the vaccine or a single-component vaccine registered in the Russian Federation;
-If you have been ill with COVID-19 within last six months (there is a mark in EMIAS)
-If there is a negative result of the PCR test (valid for 72 hours, must be entered in the EMIAS, available for foreign citizens)
How to process a QR code:
For those vaccinated in Moscow or Moscow region under compulsory medical insurance policy registered in Moscow or Moscow region:
• in the electronic medical record in the section "Digital Certificate";
• in the mobile application "EMIAS.INFO" (App Store, Google Play);
• on the mos.ru.
To get a QR code on the mos.ru, you need a full or standard account:

• in the clinic (print the QR code in the information kiosk or ask for it in the register).
If you cannot get a QR code, contact technical support of the mos.ru. Select the topic of the appeal "No digital certificate (QR code) found," specify the numbers of compulsory medical insurance policy and passports, the name of the medical organization, and the dates of vaccinations. Attach a copy of the paper vaccination certificate.
If you are vaccinated in a private clinic or a state medical institution that is not subordinate to the Moscow City Department of Health, or you do not have a Moscow compulsory medical insurance policy and attachment to the metropolitan polyclinic, get a QR code:
• on the portal of public services;
• in the mobile application "State Services. Stop Coronavirus "(App Store, Google Play);
• to the mos.ru (if the medical organization where you were vaccinated transmits the data to the Ministry of Health of Russia).
If you cannot get a QR code, contact the vaccination center where you were vaccinated through the public services portal.
If you were ill with Covid-19:
You will receive the QR code in the SMS message along with the results of the PCR test.
The QR code is also available:
• in the electronic medical record in the section "Digital Certificate";
• in the mobile application "EMIAS.INFO";
• on the mos.ru (if the medical organization where you were treated transmits the data to EMIAS or the Ministry of Health of Russia).

If you received a negative PCR test:
You will receive the QR code in the SMS message along with the results of the PCR test.
The QR code is also available:
• in the electronic medical record in the section "Digital Certificate";

• on the mos.ru (if the medical organization where you were treated transmits the data to EMIAS or the Ministry of Health of Russia).
Only those who have passed the PCR test in one of the city polyclinics or laboratories in Moscow connected to EMIAS can get the QR code:

To do this, scan the QR code using one of the free mobile applications:
- "My Moscow" (App Store, Google Play);
- "State Services of Moscow" (App Store, Google Play);
- "Moscow Assistant" (App Store, Google Play);
- "Moscow Transport," (App Store, Google Play);
- Moscow Metro (App Store, Google Play).
The screen displays the status of the code (valid/invalid), the initials of the visitor, his date of birth and the last digits of the passport number (only for QR codes received on the portal gosuslugi.ru or in the mobile application "State Service. Stop Coronavirus"). This data is checked against the identity document. If they match, you can go to the event.
